WHY THIS EXISTS
This is about strengthening the human layer of society.
I've spent two decades helping large organizations transform. The bottleneck is almost never the technology — it's the human layer. Now I watch the same dynamic playing out a generation earlier: we're deploying AI into schools and into the hands of children whose brains are still developing, with almost no governance, no framework, no intention.
We regulate what corporations can do with AI. We owe children at least the same care.
